I re-started knitting after setting it down for a long time and needed to make something that wasn't too difficult to ease myself back in. We had a new baby born in the family, so I decided to make this hood for her for Christmas. I made the Titi hood and her parents really loved it. It was the perfect project for me to get back into knitting regularly. The yarn was soft and so pretty.
I was eager to start a project for my first grandchild and had not knitted since my own children thirty years earlier. We are knitters provided everything I needed in a beautiful bag. I made the most blanket.

I didn't order the kit but a pattern instead. This was a Christmas present for my mum and I was skeptical at first, as I didn't see how it would all come together but it did and looks great.
Just a couple of pointers, I didn't get the pattern easily and had to email the team for help. Second, the sizing is interesting, the models used in the images must be quite small as the large size still wasn't as big as it looks. I'd like to request some transparency on the sizes of models and clothes so knitters size accordingly
Very beautiful sweater and easy to knit. Instructions were also very easy to follow.
The only thing is I bought one with the yarnicorn and with how loose the pattern is, the number of yarn balls prescribed might not be enough. I had to tighten my pattern a little bit or I wouldn't have enough yarn to finish it off. I got it in Medium.
My advice, add one more yarn ball to what is prescribed to be safe if you're knitting medium size.
I’m knitting a large throw, it’s very pleasant to work with, I love mix of wool and acrylic, which makes it easier to take care of but also guarantees warmth of wool. I wish it was a bit lighter. I’m not sure why on the instruction says it should be only washed by hand. I think it’s important to offer wool that can be washed in the washing machine. I wonder whether there is something that could be done so that the yarn doesn’t get quite strongly twisted whilst knitting. Also, I ordered two packs of five bowls and I had to wait 2 weeks for the second pack which was not received originally and I had to request that. I also had some kits in the past and it would be wonderful if various photographs ( whole end product and details) would be included because the booklets are only drawn as an illustration and it’s not really helpful. For the rest, the wool is lovely.
I got this kit a while ago, when I was still new to knitting. I kept it until I felt confident enough and now I’ve made it I am so happy. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the cardigan is beautiful! I get stopped all the time when I wear it.

Sehr schöner und einfach zu strickender Cardigan. Ich habe allerdings einiges an Wolle über, was ich etwas schade finde. Ich stricke recht fest und habe daher auch einige Reihen ergänzt.
I bought 5 colors for crocheting a a blanket. The colors are exactly what I was looking for, vibrant and complementary. Would definitely buy again!
This is the only book I have found that is not overwhelming to a beginner knitter.

As a devotee of WAK’s natural yarns - I dislike synthetic yarns (all hot and scratchy) - this is the perfect book for me and something I would gift to anyone keen to begin knitting, or pick it up again after a long time not knitting 😄.
WAK, can you write another book like this with some new patterns in it please? - Only patterns using your gorgeous natural yarns though please!! 😉🤩

Ich dachte es handelt sich um ein Adventskalender. Es gibt nur Wolle mit einer Häkelnadel und einem qr-code. Dieser führt zu einer schlechten Anleitung. Ich verstehe nicht ansatzweise wo der Adventskalender sein soll.
Me ha encantado esta fibra tan suave y con ese toque de lurex que le da un aspecto especial. Voy a hacer un cárdigan y espero que me quede precioso.

I am so disappointed by this calendar. I thought there would be a suprise to open every day like a real calendar but... No. Everything on the same pattern, not well explained, as usual. The new yarn is very disappointed as its color does not correspond at all to the picture. I am super sad.
